HEALTH INSURANCE FOR STUDENTS OF ENGLISH DIVISION
OBLIGATORY INSURANCE: Each year students of English Division have to buy accident insurance (does not cover hospital treatment!). The cost is 60,00 PLN - please bring cash to the Dean's Office till 10/14/2011.

Students can also buy additional health insurance (does not cover hospital treatment!) - the University gives you the best offer thoughtfully chosen from many others. It covers medical care, wide range of diagnostic examinations and free visits at private Health Centers.

All interested students are obliged to pay 576,00 PLN at the beginning of 2011/2012 academic year. In order to purchase insurance, please come to the Dean's Office (room 15), bring cash with you and fill the form out (you will need your passport no).
