This is to remind you, that according to Rules and Regulations art.28:
A student who got the credit from the class but did not manage to pass the exam or didn'r receive a "Pass with grade' credit, may receive the Dean's permission to continue studies with a conditional entry to the next semester/year. It is the student's duty to fulfil the condition highlighted in the Dean's decision within 30 days after the retake examination session.
If you are interested in such a possibility, please contact your registrar for further details. Deadline for contacting registrars to make-up for fall courses is February 17. After that time no application will be processed.

Those Students who have already purchased obligatory accident insurance at MUL but have had other insurance effective in Poland and are no longer interested in the offer can bring certificates of other insurances to Magda Fatyga - Ładoszek and apply for a refund of 60,00 PLN. You can submit your requests by 15th of November 2011.

Summer clerkship letters can be picked up in the Dean's office.
When you are back from summer holidays you need to bring official papers (with letter head, stamps and signatures) from hospitals/clinics proving you have completed the clerkship!

Commission exam is NOT just another retake and the Dean has no obligation to agree for a student to take it. A student can apply for a commission exam only if he/she thinks they were treated unfairly during the exam or if they have doubts about fairness of the exam result. Please be aware of that fact.
